Resort in Tuscany

Boutique hotel, mountain chalets, B&B rooms, and holiday homes, all set in a resort in Tuscany

600 hectares of pristine nature, over 42 kilometres of roads and trails; cycling routes in the woods, five different types of overnight facilities, including boutique hotel, mountain chalets, B&B rooms, and holiday homes in Tuscany, two restaurants, a sport village with the largest indoor pump track in Italy, and countless activities to enjoy to actively experience the area: this is Il Ciocco’s Living Mountain, a tourist destination in the heart of the Serchio Valley, a fascinating and mysterious part of Tuscany nestled between the Apuan Alps and the Appennino Tosco-Emiliano – the Apennine Mountains straddling the regions of Tuscany and Emilia.

Comfort, relaxation, freedom and nature: our accommodation facilities meet a variety of holiday desires. Choose the solution most suitable to your needs from Il Ciocco Hotels, Il Ciocco Chalets and Il Ciocco Apartments! We are open all year round.

The Park at Il Ciocco also features two restaurants, each with its own gastronomic specialities that focus on local ingredients and on the quest for the right balance between innovation and tradition. The first restaurant you come across while heading up the Living Mountain is the Locanda Alla Posta. Open all year round, it has a large terrace from which to enjoy the lovely summer nights, or sit down for a relaxing lunch on sunny days. At 1,000 metres above sea level, Taverna dello Scoiattolo is a cosy lodge surrounded by chestnut groves where, on chilly days and nights, you can refresh your body & soul in front of a large fireplace (reservations required).
