One of the many new features of Limbo Festival 2024 is the 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗕𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗦, a series of retreats that will take place from April to October right in our own Living Mountain, offering participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in the peacefulness of nature and engage in mindfulness practices in a spiritually rich environment.

Each retreat will focus on one of the 5 senses.

First Retreat: 12, 13, 14 April - Il Ciocco

The first retreat, scheduled for 12, 13 and 14 April, will focus on the sense of smell, in relation to the first chakra, Muladhara.

On the programme are yoga practice with Rirri and Flavia La Rocca,  sound healing con Samarpan Dev, dinner with Chef Matteo Febbraio at the Taverna dello Scoiattolo and DJ set with Luca Bacchetti and Vitamina Jeans.
