On December 8, 2022, Distilleria Indie will be inaugurated, the first zero-impact distillery in Italy located in San Pietro in Campo, Barga, in the province of Lucca.

The project was launched by the young entrepreneurs of Ambrosia Gin, with the aim of promoting a carbon-neutral distillery powered by renewable energy and based on the reuse and recycling of production materials.

Within this new structure there will be three different areas. In addition to the area dedicated to the actual distillation, there will be a space-bar called "La Mescita" aimed at tasting cocktails, and a wine shop where you can buy spirits and wine.

The inauguration is open to all starting at 14:30.

The day will be accompanied by live music until 19:00 and DJ sets until 21:00. It will be possible to buy wine and taste cocktails at the bar counter of the distillery, all accompanied by artisan and typical local food.
