La Locanda Alla Posta invites you on a journey through the authentic flavours of Italy with three evenings dedicated to the great gastronomic traditions of the north, centre and south of our peninsula. Each event will be a complete sensory experience, where iconic dishes, traditional recipes and selected wines tell the story of the region and its history.

We start in Northern Italy with creamy first courses, Tyrolean breads and other Alpine specialities, before discovering the bold flavours of Central Italy, including handmade pasta, cheeses and typical cured meats. Finally, the journey culminates in Southern Italy, with citrus fruits and dishes rich in sunshine and Mediterranean tradition.

These are not just themed dinners, but true gastronomic journeys that celebrate Italian cuisine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere of conviviality and authenticity.
