Cooking in the Cellar
Tasting and cooking with olive oil directly from the olive-press while sipping excellent wine
The winemakers will take you on a visit of their vineyard and cellar where you will get a close look at how wine is made.
The tour concludes in the tank room used for fermentation and storage.
At the very end of this tour you will participate in a wine and olive oil tasting with the assistance of a sommelier that will explain the organoleptic properties of the wines and olive oils.

The tour includes transportation, a guided tour of the vineyard and the cellar, cooking lesson with a Tuscan chef, lunch.
