Experience a different Easter this year by learning how to bake bread!

One of the foods that most depicts Easter is bread, symbol of unity and sharing. This is the reason why Il Ciocco Tenuta e Parco, on this day of celebration, will open its doors to all who want to be guided in the old tradition of baking potato bread accompanied by the expert hands of the head of his Slow Food Presidia, Paolo Magazzini.  It’s an opportunity to experience firsthand all the various stages of processing bread through
its oldest method which will make this experience all the more unique in its kind.
The uniqueness of this experience will not only be in its final result such as the shape and size of the bread that each one of you will have made
but in how much passion and enthusiasm you will put in this journey that will take each participant to discover the hidden secrets that make
potato bread one of the products that best reflect the authenticity and genuineness of a land still known to few….the Serchio Valley.
Once the bread is baked you may enjoy it accompanied by an excellent glass of wine and cured meats typical of the area.
