US students visit Il Ciocco
They come from Auburn University in Alabama, and they are currently attending an advanced study program at the Language School of Fondazione Campus in Lucca the 23 American students who visited the Il Ciocco estate last Friday.
“The initiative is part of a series of visits to companies and structures in the field of tourism and marketing that have enriched – together with excursions aimed at getting acquainted with the areas in & around Lucca – the students’ stay. At the end of the month-long course, some of them chose to extend their visit to Italy, vacationing for the rest of the time”, said the organization.
The group (in the photo at Il Ciocco Studios) met the Destination Manager Il Ciocco, Anna Paola Biagi, for a brief introduction of the destination "Living Mountain" and was then accompanied to visit some of the hotels and restaurants present on the premises, such as the Chalets and the Taverna dello Scoiattolo – the high-altitude restaurant on demand.
